How can there be enough teachers in 10 years?

A D&AD brief asking the designer to find a problem in education in 10 years time and solve it. The problem I found was that by 2030 there will need to be 69 million more teachers. The solution I came up with, branded The Loop, involved students who are the best at their subject teaching the subject to the year below. They teach the year below because the information is fresh in their mind. The app is a system for them to use to do this, it gives them all the tools they need to be able to teach. External professionals then come in to teach the eldest year, giving them real life knowledge that can lead to a better job.
